About Round Sound Bowl

Message from the Founder: Romy El Sayah

Round Sound Bowl was born from a simple but unforgettable moment.

During a group singing bowl meditation, I experienced something I had never reached through guided meditation alone. For nearly two hours, bowls were played around the room, creating a beautiful atmosphere. But only for one brief instant, when a bowl was brought close enough for me to feel the vibration move through my body and between my ears, everything became still. My attention gathered into one point. The noise disappeared. I felt calm, focused, and completely present.

Then the bowl moved away, and the state vanished.

That moment stayed with me because it revealed two things: the power of sound, and the problem with how inaccessible that power often is.

We live in a time when the mind is rarely allowed to rest. Notifications, feeds, messages, financial pressure, and constant digital stimulation keep the nervous system in overdrive. Even when we want to relax, sleep, meditate, or come back to ourselves, the body often does not know how to downshift. Many people turn to meditation apps, white noise, ambient playlists, or wellness routines, but these tools do not always create a habit or a meaningful shift—especially for people who are already tired, anxious, or overwhelmed.

Singing bowls are an ancient practice that for centuries has helped bodies self-heal. Their sound is physical. Their resonance is immersive. Their vibration is felt deeply in the bodyl. But traditional singing bowl therapy has limits: group sessions can dilute the effect, private sessions can be expensive, and playing a bowl yourself can pull you out of the very meditative state you are trying to enter.

Round Sound Bowl was created to solve that.

It transforms an ancient instrument into an automated sound system for the modern mind. Using a motorized mechanism, the bowl plays itself with carefully controlled rhythm, pressure, and resonance. This allows sound sequences to repeat consistently—something nearly impossible to achieve by hand—so the experience can become a reliable ritual for sleep, yoga, meditation, focus, and emotional reset.

The goal is simple: to make immersive sound therapy accessible at home, with no training, no practitioner, and no effort required.

Round Sound Bowl is not about escaping life. It is about creating a moment inside your day where your nervous system can finally receive a different signal. A signal to slow down. To listen. To return to the body. To come back to stillness.

What began as one brief moment of resonance became a mission: to build a tool that helps people regulate their state in a world that constantly pulls them out of it.

This is sound healing made simple, precise, and personal.

This is Round Sound Bowl.
